This is my tutorial on how to make color spray logos in mspaint. Don't ask why I wrote it, because I'm too lazy to figure it out myself... Now on to the show.

First there are a few FREE utilities you will need to use in conjunction with your pre-existing mspaint. The first is WWW Gif Animator or some other program that can bleed colors out of a picture without severely reducing image quality. Next you will need PalEd. Finally you need this zip (it contains a sample bmp for you). I'll describe these later.

To begin, you need a picture. This can't be just any old picture, it must have dimensions that are multiples of 16 and the total pixel count must be LESS than 12288. In other words, if the width times the height equals 12288 or greater, SHRINK IT!!!

Now the actual work...

Copy your picture (24bit color depth) into mspaint. Save as bmp format. Open WWW Gif Animator. Open the bmp and save as gif (optimized for quality). Now save this and open the gif in mspaint. Save As file type 256 color bitmap. Open your newly saved bitmap in PalEd. Change the bottom right color to pure blue (0, 0, 255). Now save that. Open the bmp (again) in mspaint. Change to the fill tool (paint bucket). Left click the color blue in the color bar. Fill in all background areas with this new blue. Now save this as pldecal.bmp in the same directory as colorspr.bat. Run colorspr.bat. Now (assuming that you have counter-strike at C:\sierra\half-life\cstrike) you can run counter-strike and spray to your heart's content. I want absolutely no negative feedback from this. If I get positive feedback, you will most likely get a reply.
